Easy Cheese and Corn chowder

 Cheese and Corn Chowder

Serves 8

Combine in a saucepan:

1 cup water

4 c diced potatoes

2 cups sliced carrots

2 c chopped celery

2 tsp  salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Cover and simmer 10 min.  Add:

2 14 oz cans cream style corn

Simmer for 5 minutes. Add:

3 cups milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Stir until cheese melts and chowder is heated through. Do not boil.
